Upon request I would be more than happy to provide a green screen to your event. It gives you the opportunity to put your guests anywhere they would like to be. Then you can print it out and give them something fun to take home. It’s perfect for themed events.

“My wife and I hired Max for our wedding this past July and all I can say is WOW!!
Prior to the wedding Max met with us multiple times to iron out all the details which included a very detailed time line for our wedding and assistance with song choices so he knew what kind of music we where looking for.
Not only did Max DJ during our reception, but he was the MC as well and has one of the best MC voices out there. Once dinner was over Max got everybody on the dance including my dad who I have NEVER seen dance. Max really understands how to read the crowd and knows what songs to play to keep everybody going and having a great time. Our reception ended up going until 2am and Max just kept going and made sure we all had the time of our lives.
I work in a hotel in downtown San Jose and I see a lot of event DJ’s come into the hotel, but I have never seen anyone as good as Max he is the total package and I recommend him to all of our potential clients.”
San Jose has a lot of great places to hold an event but Hayes Mansion is a venue in which I find unique. It’s the type of place that, during cocktail hour, makes me want to play artists like Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Adele or just smooth background Jazz. The feel is very high class, upper scale, Great Gatsby type. The kinda place most brides would want to have their DREAM wedding at. As a DJ, beyond the beauty of the venue I pay attention to the staff and food. Throughout the years I’ve seen my share of incompetent staff and poorly prepared dinners. Its safe to say that on your special day you want the nothing but the best food coupled with someone who truly knows the venue and how to optimize its beauty. Jo Ann Danna, the senior catering sales manager at Hayes, is exactly that person. She knows how to throw an amazing event and my clients that work with her always leave happy. She is easy to work with and a real professional. One last piece of advice is to add up-lighting to your budget when booking here. The up-lighting really adds to every room at Hayes. When people have some drinks in them and are ready to jump on the dance floor the lighting coupled with good music will get them there. I don’t get paid by Hayes and I don’t don’t do their lighting, it’s simply my honest opinion. I really do love Hayes, so I thought I’d write something quick about it. Throw a party here and see for yourself.
“Me and my Wife recently booked Max for our wedding. He was amazing! After booking him, we had a meeting and fleshed out our details and expectations for the event, and he handled nearly everything else! He walked me through the different events that weddings usually have (I had no idea what events were usually included as I have not been to many weddings) and helped me build an itinerary for the event, along with suggestions for music for those different events (which turned out to be perfect). He also networked with our venue, gave us access to a really cool website where we could edit playlists of songs we wanted to play (or not to play) and include our event itinerary, and had on the day of the event appeared to have worked alongside with the venue with set up of his equipment (everything was set and ready to go, background music playing and all, when we arrived!) I would call my venue often to inform them of something in regards to set up for the DJ or questions about the itinerary we sent to the venue and DJ, and the person speaking would always respond with something along the lines of “Yeah! No problem its already been taken care of. Your DJ called and let us know you needed it.” As for the event, he was awesome. He was a great master of ceremonies (Very professional and fun) and kept the event running on time. He never missed a beat in regards to announcing events at the correct time and exactly the way I had asked. As for the music, all I had to do was tell him the genres of music I wanted and update my “online playlist” he gave me access to after booking him, and he took care of the rest. All the music was great, and exactly what I asked for. A few times, he even jumped out from behind his table and led the people on the dance floor in dances and really kept everyone dancing and having a good time. He was very flexible, accommodating and professional, was a huge help in the planning and set up of the wedding, and executed the event perfectly. I would suggest him to anyone in the market for a DJ, not only for a wedding, but for any event.”

“Three reasons why Max is hands-down better than all the “assembly line” DJ’s out there: 1) he doesn’t follow a script; each party is different. He listens to his client and the crowd and the party evolves from that with great results!!, 2) he offers excellent customer service – he’s completely professional and responsive and knows how to talk to all kinds of clients, and 3) his price is reasonable and you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. One more thing: we wanted to do something different, a group flash-mob routine to surprise our son. Max embraced that enthusiastically, helped us find a choreographer and supported us in making it happen. He’s enthusiastic, young and tuned in to what kids like, he throws a great party, but also doesn’t take over and over-program the event if that’s not your style. We can’t recommend Max enough!”

The Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon was nothing short of amazing. Its ceremonial grassy area had a small and exclusive feel, perfect for a small to medium sized wedding. The reception area was a long rectangular room with elegant decor and a nice fireplace. Although the crowd tonight was on the small side, typical of a mid week wedding, they still got on the dance floor and rocked it. At one point we got a request for a song called the wobble and even some of the staff got on the dance floor and took part. Overall, I still love my job and what I do and feel blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. I’ll take a mid week DJ event like this any day!!
I’ve been Dj’ing for over eight years. My style has grown to a multi-demensional level. I don’t play the same thing at every party, I cater to exactly what the client and guests want to hear. This Lounge is different, I get to play what I want and the crowd always seems to love me for it. I DJ at the Bubble Lounge in San Francisco on the last friday of every month. The Fingersnaps DJ Crew is an amazing group of DJ’s. We all love what we do!! The venue is nice and elegant on the top floor but the downstairs “cave” is a live party. All 21 & up are welcome.
